They Just Get it is a podcast about caring and curiosity: who are the people in your life, your community, and your world making their mark, and, most importantly, making a difference? It’s about the people who seem to have it all figured; they just get it.

From leaders and entrepreneurs, to people who have simply accomplished amazing things, we invite a variety of guests to sit down for a good old-fashioned chat. Along the way, we learn that the path to success is rarely a straight line, and never without pitfalls.
